Delivery times:

• Switzerland: approx. 2–3 business days

 

• EU: approx. 3–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing (longer delivery times possible).

• Shipping costs: Shipping fees are charged separately and paid by the customer.

 

• Transport: Yashin Goalkeeping is not liable for any damage or loss occurring during transport.
  Visible transport damages must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier.

Returns & Withdrawal

• EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. The withdrawal period is met if the request is submitted in writing via email or through the contact form within 14 days.

 

• Costs & risk: Return shipments are at the customer’s own cost and risk.

 

• Original packaging: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.

• Order or delivery note: Please include the delivery note with your return to ensure correct processing.

 

• Personalized items:
  Customized gloves or items made to customer specifications are excluded from withdrawal.

• Hygiene / protective film: Gloves or clothing that have been worn cannot be returned. The protective film must remain sewn onto the gloves; otherwise, a return is excluded.

• Refunds: After inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be issued within 20 days. Any damage or loss in value caused by improper handling may be deducted from the refund amount..

 

Note on consumable products

• Goalkeeper gloves are considered consumable items. Yashin Goalkeeping assumes no liability for damage or reduction in value caused by improper use. Normal wear and tear is covered under statutory warranty conditions.
