Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Yashin Goalkeeping by André Iten

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Yashin Goalkeeping by André Iten.
The offer is directed to customers residing in Switzerland and the European Union.
Orders in quantities that are not customary for private households may be rejected by Yashin Goalkeeping without stating a reason.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer.

  • By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.

  • An automatic order confirmation by e-mail confirms that the order has been received.

  • The contract is concluded once Yashin Goalkeeping confirms the dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices

  • All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) or EUR.

  • Prices are subject to change. VAT is not charged, as Yashin Goalkeeping is below the annual Swiss VAT threshold of CHF 100,000.

  • Note for EU customers:

  • Orders shipped to the EU are sent without VAT. Import VAT, customs duties, or other additional charges may apply and must be paid directly by the customer.

  • Shipping costs are shown separately and added to the total amount.

5. Payment Methods & Retention of Title

Payment can be made using the methods offered during checkout, including but not limited to:

  • Klarna (invoice, instant payment)

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayPal

  • Twint

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay

Yashin Goalkeeping reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods without providing reasons or to offer only specific options.

The goods remain the property of Yashin Goalkeeping until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made via Swiss Post or an equivalent logistics partner.

  • Delivery time within Switzerland: approx. 2–3 working days

  • Delivery time to the EU: approx. 3–8 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance; longer times may occur

  • Binding delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Partial deliveries are possible; shipping costs are charged only once.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The withdrawal period is deemed met if the withdrawal is declared in writing via e-mail or the contact form within 14 days.

  • Return shipping costs and risk are borne by the customer.

  • Please return items in their original packaging, unused, and including all accessories.

  • The order or delivery slip must be enclosed to ensure proper processing.

Personalised items:

  • Personalised gloves or any products made according to customer specifications are excluded from withdrawal.

​

Hygiene / Protective film:

  • Gloves or clothing that have been worn cannot be returned.

  • The protective film must remain intact and attached to the gloves; otherwise, returns are excluded.

  • After inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be issued within 20 days.

  • Any damage or loss of value resulting from improper handling may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Consumables & Liability

  • Goalkeeper gloves and other consumable items are subject to natural wear and tear.

  • Yashin Goalkeeping accepts no liability for damage or functional impairment resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, or normal wear.

9. Transport Damage

  • Yashin Goalkeeping is not liable for damage or loss occurring during transport.

  • Visible transport damage must be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.

10. Liability

  • Liability for indirect or consequential damages and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

  • Statutory liability, e.g. in cases of gross negligence, remains unaffected.

11. Changes to the T&C

  • Yashin Goalkeeping reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time.

  • The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply.

12. Data Protection

  • Personal data is used solely for order processing and to fulfil legal obligations.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

  • The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Yashin Goalkeeping.
